Just completed installing SEO into the www.HeatlhAssured.co.uk website. This client specilises in Employee Assistance Programmes and Occupational Health services.

The main part of the work involves using my custom built URL Rewriting technology using classic ASP on a shared hosting service. This technology requires no installtion of any DLLs or ISAPI filters which you would not be able to use in a shared hosting environment.

Also built into the SEO for Health Assured is a google sitemap, RSS feed, robots.txt file, lastmodified attribute in the HTTP headers, a sprinkling of new alt tags, and custom 404 pages. In addition to these, I've also installed 301 redirection on the dynamic urls that were previously used, and a bit of code to redirect the non www. version of the site to the www. version which will help google reindex the new urls to map to the old indexed pages.

Was thinking about putting it all online today, but that would break Mykes Number 1 rule of Web Design: Never launch a website on a friday, therefore it will have to wait until Monday before it goes online.
