The Health Assured site is now online, offering Employee Assistance Programmes, this site caters to a relatively niche market and should theoretically be relatively easy to get to page one of google for its main products. however if you type into google 'employee assistance programmes' there are over 16,000,000 results, so it might not be as easy as first thought.

I will not doing any of the off-site SEO, as far as I know, so theres no way of knowing how long it will take to get to the first page of google. My guess is that it will probably take up to 6 months to get to the first page for this phrase, however you could shortcut that time by using a different spelling, eg employee assistance programs'  has only 4 million results so would be quicker to get higher rankings. Whether the number of clicks for this second phrase would be higher, I have not researched.
